Javanon seeks to offer every player the opportunity to develop their soccer ability to the highest level they can achieve. Javanon believes in development of the whole person as well as the player. When we win games, tournaments, state championships, regional and national competitions, or when our players receive recognition, it is a result of the commitment and discipline instilled in the player which creates the passion and love for the game which is absolutely necessary for success.

Javanon is a soccer club committed to total player development. We do not focus on winning until players reach the age of 11. The U-9 and U-10 teams are trained and developed in all technical and basic tactical aspects of soccer. Once we are sure they have been trained in the foundations of soccer and understand them all, these players are then ready to learn more advanced soccer techniques, and more about winning. However, until these basic techniques are clear they can not move forward as complete players. We train our coaches to develop soccer players as well as people. It is important for our club to be seen as a successful and winning club, and as long as we ensure our players are developed in all aspects of personal growth, then success will follow.

Javanon offers many specialized programs to foster this individual player development, including team camps, skills training, and winter workouts. We want to ensure that every year Javanon produces several teams that are capable enough to play in and win at the Regional and National levels.
